Are your products cruelty free?
Absolutely. We firmly believe in cruelty free products and ensure all our ingredients are not tested on animals. The bees wax in our nappy balm is sourced from ethical bee keepers in the UK. We ensure that it is not from commercial bee keepers where bee welfare isn’t the priority. Our team is passionate about animal rights and this integral to our brand and everything we do.
Are your bottles recyclable?
Our aluminium bottles are 100% recyclable and the pumps are reusable, to avoid waste you select at checkout if you require a pump or screw lid. If you buy with a screw lid its cheaper and you just swap out the pump when your previous product is empty.
Are your products vegan?
Our products are vegan except the nappy balm which contains bee ethically sourced beeswax.
How long do the products last for?
We recommend that you use any products containing essential oils within 3 months of opening. They will last much longer but essential oils are volatile and in time the aroma will diminish. Unscented organic baby massage oil has a shelf life of more than 12 months - This includes both full size and class sized bottles.
Are your products organic?
Our products have a high level of organic ingredients, typically over 70% organic. We haven’t certified our products although they do pass the Soil Association requirements for this.
Are your products ethically sourced?
The welfare of our suppliers is paramount. We pay them a fair price to ensure that we support them economically. This often makes them a little more expensive but we believe that they are our partners and should be respected. The quality of our brand is dependent on great, ethical suppliers and we in turn support them by ensuring that they can survive. Many of our ingredients sourced overseas come from collectives which are usually run by women. Supporting women’s rights and helping their economic freedom is one of our core values.
